1)	Click on either of the icons below to download the order form in Excel if you want to fill it in on your computer or PDF if you want to fill it in by hand.  (If you fill it in by hand we will calculate the figures for you and confirm the total price.)

2)	Save it to your computer, giving it a name relating to your show or event.
3)	Click on each column for a pull-down list.  This will show the available ribbon colours for the tiers and tails, centre colours for the centres, print colours for the print etc.
4)	Select the relevant option from the pull-down list in each column for each design of rosette that you require.
5)	From the pull-down lists select the number of printed tails, metallic tails and metallic tiers of pleat that you have chosen or leave blank if not applicable.  This will amend the price per rosette.
6)	Fill in the quantity of rosettes you require of each design and this will give you the total price.
7)	The totals are filled in automatically, relevant discount applied if over £200 and the delivery charges and VAT added to give an overall total.
8)	Save the form then email it to info@premiererosettes.com or print and post it to: THE PREMIERE ROSETTE COMPANY  Unit 5A The Granary Philip Ford Way Wymondham Norfolk NR18 9AU If posting please enclose a cheque for the total made payable to “The Premiere Rosette Company”.  Please include an email address or phone number in case of any queries
9)	Once we receive the form we will check it and confirm your order to you before starting.  Please do not assume that your order has been received or accepted until you have had confirmation from us.

Important Infomation - Please Read before Ordering

• All prices exclude Delivery.
• All prices exclude VAT at the current rate.

• All of our rosettes use Elizabethan Ruff, which is a tight box pleat.  This uses more ribbon but gives a higher quality rosette.
• The rosettes are made by hand to order so all measurements are approximate.
• Tail length is measured from the centre of the rosette to the tip of the tail.
• If you would like something different to those designs listed on our web site please contact us and we will design something for you to your required budget and colours.

• When we receive your order we will contact you to confirm our acceptance.  We reserve the right to reject any order or to change the order with your prior agreement.
• When we accept your order we will confirm delivery and payment methods with you.
• Unless agreed in advance we require payment before the rosettes are shipped.
• Our prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until we have confirmed your order.

• Please be aware that if you chose the cheaper delivery option we cannot guarantee the delivery date.
• We are happy to ship rosettes using other delivery methods such as royal mail standard parcels.  Please specify when you order if you require this.
• All rosettes can be collected from our workshop in Wymondham, Norfolk.  Packing charges are £1 per box.  Up to 50 large rosettes or 100 small ones will typically fit into a box.
• Should your order fail to arrive or be damaged in transit our liability will be limited to the value of your order.
• We ship our rosettes worldwide but we require payment in UK pounds Sterling and we are unable to confirm delivery price for non-UK destinations until the rosettes are made and packaged, although we will always endeavour to provide an estimate.
